We'll check our calendar for availability - we typically book weddings around 3-12 months in advance!

We want to meet you! Whether it's over the phone, via email, or in person over a cup of coffee! We will start this exciting conversation by gathering some details about your event and your vision for the big day!

We want you to get a clear and accurate proposal for our services! We'll put something custom together for you that will clearly display our scope of work and detailed pricing to go with it!

From this point on, we'll work on the details of your wedding day. We'll talk about the timeline, and final headcounts. We're beside you and the rest of your vendor team every step of the way!
SERVICE TEAM
Known as Teller County's friendliest catering crew, we're there from setup to cleanup.

Timing: We arrive 2-3 hours before your guests, ensuring everything's set up – from place settings to food and beverage stations.

Leadership: Your Captain oversees every aspect, ensuring prompt, helpful, and enthusiastic service.

Staffing: Depending on your serving style, we have dedicated servers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

RENTAL ITEMS:
We can facilitate rentals, suggest items, and work with your unique ideas. We are happy to point you in the direction of some of our favorite people to work with and can help put a rental pan together with you.
COORDINATORS:
We always recommend having a coordinator to help with planning, designing, and facilitating your event.
PRICING
We love keeping it local and sustainable! We've teamed up with Colorado farms to get the freshest seasonal ingredients. All menu items are priced per guest, based on your final headcount.

Cocktail Hour: Choose from stationery or passed items, ranging from $3 to $8 per person.

Main Course: Whether you go for Family-Style, Plated, or Buffet, pricing varies from $35 to $50 per person, depending on your selections.

Desserts: We leave the cakes to the professionals, but we can whip up something special – just let us know your ideas, and we'll discuss pricing!
